Job Description
North Wind Site Services is currently looking for an Environment, Safety and Health Manager to work on site at the National Energy Technology Laboratory in Morgantown, WV. 

The individual will serve as the liaison to the Environment, Safety, Security, and Health Division and will support Federal personnel with their oversight of environment, safety, and health programs.  The individual must have a broad knowledge of applicable government health and safety regulations and standards with experience with implementation and embedding of OSHA (or equivalent) compliant Safety Management Systems in a site support /construction environment.
Required Skills:

A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in an ES&H or ES&H field and a minimum of 15 years of experience managing environment, safety, and health services, consultations, investigations, and analyses for a large government or commercial facility, preferably in support of the Department of Energy.  Certifications as a Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, or Professional Engineer are preferred.
