Job Responsibilities

Full-time/Exempt/Washington, DC

North Wind Infrastructure and Technology is currently seeking a Security Aide to support work under our National Defense University Contract in Washington, DC.

Job Responsibilities


  • Review incoming clearance verification authorization documents for consistency in accordance with approved policies and security guidance.


  • Prepare and review personnel security files, review incoming security investigations and manage restricted area identification.


  • Provide customer service to assigned personnel including contractors in preparation of incoming personnel, process new employees, students, faculty and contractors.


  • Process request for and supply ID building badges via Lenel OnGuard system.


  • Process request for and distribute Common Access Cards (CAC) utilizing RAPIDS workstation.

Job Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • High school graduate or possess the equivalent GED.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Must be a US citizen and speak fluent English.
