Job Responsibilities
North Wind Group is currently looking for an Administrative Specialist to work at our office in Knoxville, TN.

Summary of Duties:


• Provide front desk coverage as required
• Complete expense reports and credit card logs for Executive Leadership team timely and accurately
• Coordinate and make travel arrangements including airline, hotel reservation and car rental
• Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms and prepare meeting agendas
• Provide operations support and documentation support for Executive Leadership team
• Organize and coordinate client meetings, team meetings and other events as needed using Outlook Calendar and Zoom
• Provide administrative support and serve as back up to the Office Manager
• Assist with preparing Fed-ex and UPS shipments
• Run company errands as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) – 5 years of administrative experience.

 

Preferred:  Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Computer Skills:  

 

 

Basic IT Knowledge – Must possess significant functional computer skills including use of mainstream business software including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Professional, Internet navigation.
