Job Description

North Wind Construction Services is recruiting for an Equipment Operator - Forman in Las Vegas, NV.

Support of multi-location construction projects; Work under the direction of the Site Superintendent
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment in a safe and high production manner
• Provide daily maintenance of assigned equipment



High school diploma

Valid Driver’s License; 40-hour hazmat certification and current annual refresher.

Inspect, maintain, and operate equipment, designated during assigned shift, in a safe and proper way in order to avoid accidents or undue maintenance or repair work. Assist and work with others on construction crews. Possible equipment required to operate include: track hoe, backhoe, loader, dozer, and grader. (Specify which piece of equipment you are proficient on, when applying.)  Minimum of 10 years experience operating heavy equipment and 5 years of leading crews as a Foreman.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred; Proficient at daily reporting of construction activities; Moderate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word computer programs.
