Job Description

Using high end and large format scanners, organize and scan documents into PDF and other formats. Conduct quality control (QC) on physical and digital documents.

  • Using high end and large format scanners, organize and scan documents into PDF and other formats.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) on physical and digital documents.
  • Collaborate with the team lead and evaluate documents, scanning, and make recommendations.
  • Utilize standard software applications including MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Assist team lead to interact with client personnel at client site to execute on-site operations.
  • Record meeting summary notes, including key decisions and action items, during meetings with client.
  • Travel approximately 25%.

Desirable Skills:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in scanning documents and 5 years is preferred.
  • Experience scanning with high end and large format scanners is preferred.
  • Experience in taking meeting notes.

Special Skills Training or Certification Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to configure and use computer and peripherals, including both high end and large format scanner peripherals and software, and diagnose and solve technical problems encountered.
  • Ability to conduct and quality control optical character recognition (OCR).
  • Ability to follow set processes and procedures as well as able to adapt to evolving processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions/schedules/timelines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent ability to follow quality control steps.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and able to climb ladders.
