Job Description
-Review historical documents for completeness and accuracy according to departmental procedures.
-Perform complete contractor PDF/hard copy review of documents for completeness and accuracy.
-Log discrepancies identified during reviews and contact contractors and/or Project Managers for resolution.
-Prepare PDF files for a web site upload according to departmental procedures.
-Review, organize and enter incoming documents in the document tracker database.
We are looking for an organized candidate with a strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.  The candidate must have solid computer skills and be literate in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Access.  Also, the candidate needs to be familiar with PDF and be able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
Must pass a background security check, drug test, and be able to obtain and maintain government issued Common Access Card (CAC).
Advanced knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Access.
