Job Description
North Wind Site Services is currently looking for a Program Manager that will work on site at NETL in Morgantown, WV.

The program manager leads, manages, and integrates the overall activities of the organization to accomplish the overall operations and maintenance of the site.  The program manager is responsible for strategic planning, implementation, personnel management, subcontractor interface, customer relations, operational planning and management, and reporting
A bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) from an accredited college or university in scientific, engineering or business field and a minimum of 15 years relevant work experience at the senior program level is required.  Certified Project Management Professional is required.  The position requires demonstrated overall management of major projects dealing with site operations support activities to include:  engineering, real property asset management, modification management, office/systems furniture assembling and moving, motor pool, fueling stations and shuttle service, and Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H) program support.  This individual must have extensive experience as a program manager of a major government or commercial services site operations support contract(s).  The position requires excellent communication, problem solving, analytical, and team building skills.
