Job Description

Develop, conduct, and maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes for project operations and deliverables. Support project management and team lead in project operations at own workplace and at client sites.

Qualifications

• Develop, conduct, and maintain QA/QC processes for project operations and deliverables.
• Interact with team, team lead, and Project Manager to manage QA/QC processes.
• Ensure each project operation maintains respective established QA/QC standards.
• Assist team lead in organizing and streamlining operation workflows and conducting document retrieval, scanning, QC, QA, and filing operations.
• Record appropriate and relevant QA/QC information for client meetings and document processing standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and evaluate QA/QC information and make recommendations.
• Assist team lead in arranging project operations with client personnel as well as arrange for travel and logistics.
• Assist team lead to interact with client personnel at client site to execute on-site operations.
• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and other client personnel about QA/QC processes during on-site operations and meetings.
• Assist in the development and preparation of document processing workflow procedures, QA/QC checklists, document set metadata, and standard operating procedures for client.
• Utilize standard software applications including MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
• Travel approximately 25%.

Desirable Skills:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital document QA/QC areas and 5 years is preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid

Special Skills Training or Certification Required:

• Familiar with both high end and large format scanner peripherals and software.
• Ability to conduct and quality assure optical character recognition (OCR).
• Demonstrated ability to direct team members and perform assignments at own workplace and at client sites.
• Ability to follow set processes and procedures as well as able to adapt to evolving processes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, very high attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions/schedules/timelines and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent proof-reading and writing skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, and able to climb ladders.
