Job Description
Maintains the P6-Cobra interface Assists in the analysis of variances and development of recovery plans and timely development and distribution of accurate reports Provides data and assistance in special events such as project reviews and response to stakeholder data calls.

• Manage P6 interface and integration into Cobra and any integration from In-Eight.
• Advise the Project Controls Director on best use of coding / user access / templates / reports for both P6 and Cobra.
• Oversees Primavera P6 EPPM administration and Deltek Cobra for multiple users located in different regions managing and assign user security restrictions and project privileges
• Modify the EPS / OBS / WBS Structures and assign users as required
• Resource management, ensure consistent with Cost Estimating program, updating rates annually and Role Development with accurate assignments in both P6 and Deltek Cobra
• Export and Import Project Schedules into Excel for data modification upon request while preserving global data dictionaries
• Develop Multiple Project Templates, Custom Global Reports and Layout, and define project settings in both P6 and Deltek Cobra
• Review and analyze schedules in accordance with corporate policy and procedures and Ensure projects schedules meet all client requirements
• Review and analyze project cost and resources to ensure accuracy and in accordance with procedures.
• Baseline Management & Change Control
• Communicate clear and concise data to the functional team regarding any P6 changes or updates
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience working within a Project Controls environment.
• Expert user of Primavera P3e/P5/P6 with minimum 8 years extensive experience.
• Experience must include familiarity with both the P6 Client and P6 Web Access applications.
• Highly skilled at setting up and maintaining Primavera P6 Enterprise Software.
• Skilled at designing and implementing robust Project Control Frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of other IT Systems and how Primavera P6 interfaces with other IT Systems.
• Working knowledge of all other Primavera P6 functionality; configuration, database maintenance, data storage, report generation, user security.
• Works independently with the ability to interpret and deliver management intent.
• Extensive experience of using Microsoft Products
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience of working on major projects
• Experience in Primavera Risk Analysis Software
• A self-starter who needs minimal supervision to fulfill their primary role & responsibilities
• Ability to monitor compliance and to give constructive feedback.
• Logical approach to developing processes, procedures and best practice.
• Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence others and gain their commitment and enthusiasm.
