Job Description
North Wind Site Services is currently seeking a General Clerk III to join our team in Morgantown, WV!

The General Clerk job duties are summarized below:
  • Assembles, analyzes, codes, abstracts, reports, maintains, and extracts medical records
  • Data entry of medical records
  • Pulling and filing of medical x-rays and associated medical records
  • Assistance in multiple large mailings
  • Scanning of medical records into the overall medical database
  • Copying, faxing, answering phones, and taking messages
  • File maintenance and archival of records
  • Travel to assist in scheduled field surveys (~6 weeks)
  • Other basic administrative support functions as required 
Required Skills:
  • More than 5 years experience 
  • Experience directly supporting the Coal Workers' Health Surveillance Program
  • Basic IT knowledge to include MS Office Suite, Visio, Adobe Professional, and other mainstream business software. 
  • Must be able to obtain a government clearance.
