Job Description
North Wind Infrastructure and Technology is currently seeking a Part-Time Alarm Monitor to support our project in Washington, D.C.

Summary of Duties:

Perform analysis and provide Alarm Monitor Assessment in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

Perform an analysis and assessment of any alarm annunciations from the security system and notify the proper authorities.

Initiate the appropriate Contingency/ Emergency Action Checklist. 

Conduct site security checks on critical assets, sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIF’s) such as open storage classified areas, network operation center (NOC) and secure communications facilities.

Verify areas are secured when not occupied and sign Standard Form (SF) 702.

Remain vigilant for unusual or unlawful activities within view and report all such acts to the Security Office or base authority. 

Report all malfunctions of the alarms systems, CCTV displays, card readers and the Lenel security systems to the appropriate office.

Ensure only authorized and properly identified personnel enter the designated area during a classified event.  

Maintain surveillance over the entire boundary of the designated area.  

Physically check all badges and confirm the identity of each person entering the area with the Entry Authority list and compare entry credentials with information contained on the entry authority list. 
Must be able to operate CCTVs
Must have working knowledge of the Lenel System
Must have 3 years of related experience
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
Must be available to work on weekends and holidays
High School diploma required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Final Secret Clearance Required
